Thank you very much for subscribing to your new Instrument Rental!

We are a small family business and we genuinely care about getting this right for you.
Our motto is Support that Fits, Sound that Inspires, so if you have any special needs, questions or would like some extra support, please do ask us. We'll also be in touch shortly with your welcome pack and rental agreement to complete your onboarding with us.

A few things in the meantime:

Your subscription is now active, and the next payment will be taken automatically each month on the same day as you started. If you start on the 6th, it will renew on the 6th.

On your bank or card statement, this will show as BRIDGE STREET VIOLINS, so you'll always recognise it. If you ever need to update your card details or check a past payment, you can do so yourself at any time through your own secure billing portal in Stripe, no need to wait on us. Also, when you are close to starting to use a new bank card, Stripe should automatically nudge you to change it for them as well.

Instruments grow with players. If your child moves up a size, or your own needs evolve, just get in touch and we'll arrange the next step for you. The same goes if you'd like to pause, end, or would like to talk about owning your own instrument (not necessarily the one you have with you).
There's no tie-in beyond the initial minimal rental period and 1 month notice period in your agreement.

If anything at all is unclear before the welcome pack arrives, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly.

I look forward to us getting started together.

From Resolution to Routine:

If you’re now excited to fit your new instrument seamlessly into your busy life,
here is an article that could help you with things you can do right now to prepare before the instrument even arrives.

With many thanks and best wishes,
