This Pernambuco violin bow is ideal for players seeking enhanced clarity, tone and response. The Pernambuco stick is strong yet supple, allowing for refined articulation and smooth transitions between bow strokes. Whalebone lapping provides a distinctive, traditional finish, complemented by a comfortable leather thumb grip.
Fitted with a horn frog and mother-of-pearl eye, with silver mountings and a mother-of-pearl slide. The bow is well-balanced, making it suitable for more advanced playing techniques such as spiccato and sautillé. This bow is new and is ready to play.
