The sound is immediately there, it takes no effort to produce and the instrument’s voice is clear and balanced with plenty of layering to explore.
The varnish is a golden yellow and reminds us of the amber tones of a smooth Islay whisky, true to the popular regional delicacies of the country this violin hails from.

The sound has an excellent balanced resonance and it is there immediately, without much effort and there is plenty of it. A full-bodied and balanced voice for sure even when playing softly the articulation is there. This violin would hold their own in a quartett setting. Chamber music groups and orchestral front desks will have plenty to explore in this violin! Two piece tastefully figured maple back with a strongly grained.
