This service includes:

Adjustment of soundpost position for improved tone, response, and balance
Fine-tuning of tension and angle for optimal resonance
Consultation to discuss tonal goals and any playing concerns you may have
Soundpost adjustments are ideal if your instrument sounds uneven, lacks projection, or has become less responsive over time. Even small changes in positioning can make a noticeable difference to your instrument’s voice.

Post-in service:
Instruments can be posted to us at the owner's risk. All shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Packaging guidelines:
Loosen the strings slightly before packing
Wrap the instrument in acid-free tissue paper or silk before adding padding
Never allow bubble wrap to touch the varnish directly
Use a hard case or a well-padded box
Clearly label the package as FRAGILE
